Lauren Hunihan was born and raised in NY and moved to Bradenton, FL before Lakewood Ranch was born in 1993! She comes from a background of sales since 1989,and married her husband David who has been in the area in real estate since 1992. She and David previously owned a building company called Fidelity Homes. Her time in the area watching Lakewood Ranch grow from the ground up, her background in sales, raising 3 kids through organized sports and the school systems, coupled with her experience alongside her husband in new home building and real estate, bring skill and firsthand knowledge to bear when working with her real estate clients.
